摘要
寻找新的中枢拟胆碱药尤其是乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂是治疗早老性痴呆病（Ａｌｚｈｅｉｍｅｒ＇ｓＤｉｓｅａｓｅ，ＡＤ）研究的重点之一。本文概述了乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制剂的研究进展及其作用机制。
The searching of cholinergic drugs, especially cholinesterase inhibitors, has been a focal point of the treatment of Alzheimer's disease . This review briefly introduces the advances in the research of acetylcholinesterase inhibitors and the mechanisms of their action.
