从项目资金流量计划、项目融资措施、项目费用成本控制计划以及工程款回收等方面分析了提高国际工程承包项目资金管理有效性的措施,并通过实际案例进行了说明。
The effective measures for improving fund management of international engineering contacting projects were analyzed in terms of project cash flow planning,project financing measures, project cost control planning and project and collection of accounts receivable etc., and explanations were given through a practical case.
