摘要
介绍了近几年来环氧酶－２（ＣＯＸ－２）的一些研究情况，包括ＣＯＸ－２的特点、作用、基因特征及其表达调控。
Some data of studies on the characterization and actions of cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2) were collected in this review. The genes and the expression of COX 2 were illuminated. Some selective COX 2 inhibitors which were more effective and safer were also discussed. Among these, several compounds were expected to displace the traditional non steroidal antiinflammatory drugs.
