The Progress of Medication in the Treatment of Gastric Ulcer

针对胃溃疡的成因，从抗酸、抑制胃酸合成、保护胃粘膜等方面简述现今临床常用药物的特征及疗效。指出抑制幽门螺杆菌是提高细菌性胃溃疡治愈率的关键。

The characteristics and efficacy of drugs in common use nowadays are briefly introduced from acid resistance ,inhibition of the synthesis of gastric acid,protection of gastric mucosa and other aspects with reference to the causes of gastric ulcer. It is pointed out that the inhibition of helicobacter pylori is the key to the raising of cure rate of bacillary gastric ulcer,while the treatment of combination with antibacterial drugs is an effective therapy developed in recent years.
