理筋调脊法对腰椎间盘突出症患者血小板膜活化分子表达的影响

Influence of CD-62P expression on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc in Spinal Manipulation

目的：为探讨理筋调脊法治疗腰椎间盘突出症的机理。方法：50例腰椎间盘突出症的患者与25例健康人分别进行治疗前后的对比，应用流式细胞仪，通过单克隆抗体技术法，测定血浆内血小板活化分子（cD-62P）含量的表达变化。结果：治疗前后分别与健康人对比均具有显著性的差异（P〈0．05）。结论：CD-62P含量的表达变化与腰椎间盘突出症有一定的相关性，理筋调脊法能降低或抑制血小板膜活化分子的表达，从而达到治疗腰椎间盘突出症的目的。

Objective： To investigate the treatment mechanism on Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc in Spinal Manipulation .Methods： The expression level of CD--62P on platelets were measured in 50 patients with Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc and 25 normal subjects by FCM before and after treatment. Results： The difference was significant between before and after treatment on contrast to normal subjects （P〈0.05） . Conclusion： Confirming the relationship between CD--- 62P content and Prolapse of Lumbar Intervertebral Disc, CD--62P content could be reduced or restrained in Spinal Manipulation and also was treated by means of it.
