摘要 辽宁省积极响应国家号召,依据本省经济发展特点,大力发展职业教育,使得中等职业教育发展的规模和水平都有了大幅的扩大和提升。与此同时,辽宁职业教育发展也呈现出两级分化的态势,与经济发展不协调,与普通教育发展不协调,部分地区职业教育规模发展与教育资源量不协调。为实现区域职业教育均衡发展,辽宁省应加强政府统筹,实现职业教育布局均衡,加强职业教育基础能力建设,实现职业教育资源均衡,同时注重提高职业教育与社会发展的协调度。 In order to meet national requirement and local demand, Liaoning province has been developing vocational education vigorously in recent years, and the scale and level of secondary vocational education are enlarged and enhanced greatly. Meantime, the development of vocational education also manifest the trends of polarization and out of line, which can't harmonize with economic development and general education development. To achieve balanced development of vocational education, Liaoning province should strengthen governmental planning to achieve distribution balance of vocational education; strengthen basic ability construction to achieve vocational education resource balance; pay attention to enhance the harmonization degree of vocational education and social development.
