我国城市化进程中失地农民的教育培训考略

Analysis on Education and Training Strategies for Peasants of Losing Grounds in the Process of Urbanization

调查显示,浙江衢州、四川达州、宁夏银川、河南郑州四省市的部分地区,均在开展失地农民教育培训活动中取得一定经验。概括地说,衢州有关部门合力筹建专门的失地农民教育培训中心;达州着力做好失地农民的就业服务保障工作;银川出台相关政策确保失地农民参加教育培训的权利;郑州部分失地农民接受完培训后领到相关从业资质就业上岗。

Investigation show that, some regions in China have accumulated much experiences in education and training for peasants of losing grounds, which can be summarized into the following： Quzhou district of Zhejiang province has constructed special education and training center for peasants of losing grounds by cooperation of several departments; Dashou district of Sichuan province has made huge efforts in the work of employment service assurance; Yinchuan of Ningxia province has issued relative policies to assure the rights of participating in education and training of peasants; some peasants of losing grounds in Zhengzhou have acquired relative qualifications for employment after training.
