摘要
科技投入与经济增长是经济系统中相互作用的两个方面:科技投入决定科技进步进而促进经济增长,科技的发展需要科技投入。以1978-2007年间新疆财政科技投入和人均GDP的数据为基础.运用协整分析方法和误差修正模型,并结合Granger因果检验对新疆科技投入和经济增长的关系进行了探讨。实证研究结果表明:新疆地方财政科技投入与经济增长之间存在长期稳定的均衡关系;同时,两者仅存在单向因果性。
The interaction relationship between S&T investment and economic growth exists m economic system: S&T investment decisions scientific and technological progress to promote economic growth, science and technology development needs of S&T investment. In this paper, based on data from 1978 to 2007 in Xinjiang financial investment in science and technology and per capita GDP. useing cointegration analysis and error correction model, Granger causality test to discuss the relationship between S&T investment and economic growth in Xinjiang. Empirical results show that there is long-term stable equilibrium relationship between Xinjiang local financial input in science and technology and economic growth; At the same time,only one-way causality exists.
