Preliminary Study on the Complex Gene Vaccine of HAV and HBV

摘要 采用带有HAV、HBV主要抗原表位基因的真核表达质粒,作为复合型核酸实验疫苗,经2次及3次免疫小鼠产生了针对HAV的抗体应答和针对HBV-S的细胞增殖应答反应。 This work investigated the progress of immunological response induced by the complex nude DNA vaccine with eukaryotic expression plasmid contain main antigenic epitopes of HAV and HBV, In the mice immunized with this nude DNA vaccine, the antibody response to HAV antigen and the specific proliferation of spleen cell to HBV were induced. The mechanism of these immune responses was investigated in this paper.
