摘要
采用犬异体肺移植模型,评价缺血预处理(供体肺门阻断10分钟,开放15分钟)对肺缺血再灌注损伤的保护作用。结果预处理组在移植后肺静脉血和肺组织中的超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、氧自由基最终产物丙二醛(MDA)的含量改变与对照组比较,差异有显著性。提示肺缺血预处理抑制了肺缺血再灌注后氧自由基的产生,增强肺组织细胞抗氧化能力。结果还显示预处理组移植肺有较好的氧合能力。表明肺缺血预处理结合低温Euro-Colins液灌洗对供肺有较好的保护效果。
Using canine lung transplantation model, the protective effects of ischemic precondition on ischemic reperfusion lung injury were investigated. Twelve adult donor canines were randomly divided into control group (n=6) and ischemic precondition group (n=6). The donor left lung hilum in ischemic precondition group was subsequently clamped for 10 min, and then released for 15 min, but not in control group. After being preserved in 4℃ modified EuroCollins solution, the donor lung was transplanted into the left chest of allograft recipients. The results showed that, as compared with control group, the content changes in superoxide dismutase (SOD) and malondialdehyde (MDA) were significant in statistics 2 h after transplantation. It was suggested that lung ischemic precondition might increase endogenous antioxidative ability, and inhibit the production of oxygen free radical following ischemic reperfusion. It was also demonstrated that ischemic precondition combined with cold EuroCollins solution exerted an evidently protective effect on graft lung from canine donor.
