邓小平倡导的两次解放思想,开辟了中国特色社会主义的新道路,创立和发展了中国特色社会主义理论体系。它给我们重要的经验启示是:只有解放思想,才能开辟中国特色社会主义的新道路,创立和发展中国特色社会主义理论体系;在解放思想中警惕右的同时,主要防止"左";实践永无止境,解放思想也是永无止境,要在解放思想中创新思想,以新的思想解放,坚定不移地全面推进中国特色社会主义伟大事业。

“Mind Emancipation” has been initiated two time by Deng Xiaoping in the new period, it has opened up a new road for the socialism with Chinese characteristics, created and developed the theoretical system of socialism with Chinese characteristics. It gives us an important lesson that we can open up the new roads, create and develop the theoretical system for the socialism with Chinese characteristics only by emancipating the mind. To emancipate our minds,we must prevent the aberrancy of “right” or “left”. The practice of “mind emancipation” is endless. We must innovate our ideas and unswervingly push forward all-round great cause of socialism with Chinese charac-teristics.
