Rural industrialization is one of objectives and trends in Chinese rural economic development. During the past 60 years, Chinese rural industry has experienced four forms of the organization change, from a collective side-line, social enterprise team, township enterprises, private enterprises. The article sums up the experiences and lessons of rural industrialization. It is both important and significant for us to have a better grasp on general law of the rural industrialization development and promote economic development in rural areas.
