摘要
学风建设，是一个学校教学管理和学生管理工作的具体理念表现，是各级各类高校多年以来共同探讨的课题。文章结合学院学风建设的现状及学生的实际。从四个方面提出了全面促进学风建设的思路。
The construction of learning ethos embodies the detailed concept of a school in its teaching management and student＇s management and has become the hot topic for all levels of higher education to discuss. This paper puts forward four ways to improve the construction of learning ethos with related to the situation of learning ethos construction and the true state of students.
