摘要
目的:探讨我国中药企业跨国经营的策略。方法:分析我国中药企业跨国经营现状及面临的主要障碍。结果:我国中药企业面临国外对中医药的观念差异及法律、知识产权、技术等多方面的问题,从而阻碍了其跨国经营策略的实施。结论:我国中药企业应利用在中医药领域的独特优势,培育所有权优势、区位优势和内部化优势,实施跨国经营。
OBJECTIVE: To discuss the transnational management strategy of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM) enterprises in China. METHODS: The actuality of the transnational management of TCM enterprises and the main difficulties encountered by them were analyzed. RESULTS: The problems such as foreigners' different opinions on TCM, the laws, intellectual property rights and technology faced by TCM enterprises hindered the practice of the strategy of transnational management. CONCLUSION: The TCM enterprises in China should rely on special advantages in TCM to cultivate the ownership advantages, regional advantage and internalization advantage so as to effectuate transnational management.
