摘要
在直接酯化法制备棕榈酸异丙酯中利用苯—异丙醇—水三相混合物组成恒沸剂带出水,同时以对甲苯磺酸替代浓硫酸作为催化剂使产率达到85%,且降低了对搅拌和设备防腐的要求。
The rate of preparing palmitic Acid isopropyl ester is enhanced to 85% by means of direct esterifcation, since Azeotrope containing benzene、isopropyl ester、water is used to bring out water and concentrated sulfuric acid replaced by p-methybenzene sulfonic acid as catalyst.At the sametime,the requirements for stirring and equipments antisepic are reduced.
