摘要
就多样化高等教育质量观内涵来讲,作为规范性概念的多样化高等教育质量观具有四个基本前提条件,即价值多元性、尊重差异、具有针对性和适切性、以培养全面发展的人为其终极目的。同时,它还具有自主性、发展性、适切性、建构性和创造性五个基本特征。
As a formal concept, diverse quality conception of higher education has four basic preconditions: pluralistic value, respect for differences, pertinence and relevance, and to foster human's comprehensive development as its ultimate goal. At the same time, it has five major characteristics of initiative, development, properness, constructiveness and creativity.
