摘要
美国研究生教育在世界研究生教育中占有重要地位,它从19世纪开始至今,历经了"沿袭、改造、独创"三个阶段,逐步形成了一套完善的培养制度。培养目标上的知识与能力优先、培养过程的规范与灵活、质量评估中的社会中介主导给我国带来了启示。
The U.S. post-graduate education plays an important role in the world. From the beginning of the 19th century, it has undergone the "followed, modified, original" stages, and gradually formed a set of perfect training system. The priority of knowledge and ability in training objectives, specification and flexibility of training process, dominantion of social intermediaries in quality assessment are all enlightenments for China.
