The U.S. post-graduate education plays an important role in the world. From the beginning of the 19th century, it has undergone the ＂followed, modified, original＂ stages, and gradually formed a set of perfect training system. The priority of knowledge and ability in training objectives, specification and flexibility of training process, dominantion of social intermediaries in quality assessment are all enlightenments for China.
