摘要
介绍一个一梯三户住宅方案，该方案在缩小单元面宽、增大进深、增加单元套数的同时，较好地解决了此类住宅普遍存在的功能欠佳、难以组合的缺点。
This paper introduces a housing scheme three flats with one staircase.By harowing the building width of a unit, extending the depth and increasing the mumber of the flats, this scheme solvs the problem in the housing,such as improper function and difficult combination.
