分析了我国图书馆事业目前的发展态势、文献资源共享体系的主要功能和局限性,以及文献资源共享体系中基层图书馆的作用,指出加强基层图书馆网点的建设对于发挥文献共享体系的效益、提高全社会的文献信息服务水平具有重要意义。

By analyzing the development of librarianship in China, functions and limitations of information resources sharing system, and the roles of the local libraries in the system, the paper points out that it is important to enhance the construction of local library network for producing the efficacy of information resources sharing systems, and improving the information service of the society.
