高校图书馆信息服务社会化的理论与实践——以广州大学图书馆为例

随着当代高等教育面向地方经济建设与社会发展服务的着力推进,高校图书馆信息服务社会化也表现为历史的必然和自身发展的迫切需要。高等学校图书馆信息服务社会化既有国家相关政策法规引导,也在专业人才、信息资源、技术设备、信息加工等方面有着超越一般社会文化与信息机构的优势;改革开放以来,图书馆自身体制变革,也激活并加快了信息服务社会化的进程,高等学校图书馆信息服务社会化应该大有作为。广州大学图书馆就是一个成功个案。

On the premise that contemporary higher education should promote the local economic and serve the local social development, this article discusses the historical inevitability, policies and regulations, and advantages in the socialization of university library information service. It also discusses the characteristics of the development of university library enterprise in its service to the society, with an introduction to the Library of Guangzhou University as a successful example.
