在我国近年发生的一系列的"学位论文侵权案"的判决的基础上,分析了部分学位授予单位的学位论文使用授权声明的内容,对学位论文使用授权声明的制订提出了对策、建议。

Dissertation is one of the most important information resources with significant use value. However,due to the copyright issues the use of dissertation often easily causes litigation. The paper discusses the authorized copyright statement of dissertation based on analysis of cases of infringement occurred over the past year. Then it gives several measures and suggestions for the formulation of authorized copyright statement of the dissertation.
