摘要
环糊精作为一种有效的药用赋形剂越来越引起人们的重视。本文主要介绍了近年来环糊精在药物改性和药物分析中的研究与应用，包括提高药物的稳定性和溶解度，增强药物的生物利用度，减少药物不良反应，提高分析方法的灵敏度和选择性等方面的进展情况。
The current applications of cyclodextrin in pharmacology and pharmaceutical analysis have been reviewed in this paper.
