2型糖尿病早期肾损伤危险因素分析

Analysis of Risk Factors in Early Kidney Injury of Patients with Type Ⅱ Diabetes

目的:探讨2型糖尿病患者早期肾损伤的危险因素。方法:对2004-01/2008-12我院收治的2型糖尿病早期肾损伤患者22例,及采取单纯随机选取同期未并发早期肾损伤的2型糖尿病患者20例进行回顾性分析。结果:将16种危险因素进行单因素分析表明,其中有6种因素有统计学差异,这些因素分别为:血糖控制不良、高血压、甘油三脂、免疫球蛋白IgG、β2微球蛋白、血清胱抑素。将单因素分析中差异有统计学意义的6个变量再进行Logistic多因素回归分析。只有血糖控制不良,高血压,β2微球蛋白是独立危险因素。结论:血糖控制不良、高血压、β2微球蛋白是糖尿病早期肾损伤独立危险因素。

Objective：To explore the risk factors of diabetic early kidney injury.Method：From Jan,2004 to Dec,2008,22 diabetics who had developed early kidney injury in Nanxishang Hospital of Guilin,20 diabetics who were admitted during the same period but had not developed early kidey injury were included in the study and a retrospective analysis was carried out.Result：The risk factors mentioned below han relation to the hypoglycemia;hypertensive;triglyceride;immunoglobulin G;B2-microglobulin;cystatin.Conclusion：Hypoglycemia;hypertensiv B2-microglobulin are risk factors for diabetic early kidney injury.
