锁定加压接骨板在肱骨近端骨折中的应用

Application of Proximal Humeral Interlocking Plates in Proximal Humeral Fractures

目的：探讨锁定加压接骨板（LCP）在肱骨近端骨折中的应用效果。方法：采取切开复位内固定治疗肱骨近端骨折38例。结果：术后随访时间8-16个月（平均12个月）,均获骨性愈合。采用N eer评分方法评定疗效,优良率89.5%。手术疗效显著。结论：肱骨近端骨折应用LCP治疗固定牢靠,可早期进行功能锻炼,肩关节功能恢复良好,应用效果良好。

Objective：To explore the clinical results of proximal humeral fractures treated with proximal humeral interlocking plates.Methods：Of all 38 patients with proximal humeral fractures,who received the treatment of interlocking plates.Results：Of 38 patients,all finished follow-up,all fractures healed successfully.To evaluate the postoperative function by Neer Scoring Criteria of shoulder joint function,the excellent rate was up to 89.5%.Conclusion：It is absolutely reliable to use the method of proximal humeral interlocking plates treating proximal humeral fractures with rare post operative complications.The clinical results are satisfied.
