An Empirical Study on Promotion of English Learner Autonomy and Language Achievement through Portfolio

摘要 本文介绍了在某高校进行的一项运用学习档案提高学生英语学习自主性和学习成绩的实证研究。研究结果表明,学习档案融入大学英语教学能有效地提高学生的学习自主性和英语成绩,在外语教学中具有广泛的应用前景。 This paper introduces an empirical study of using portfolio to improve English learner autonomy and language achievement. The results of the study indicate that the college English instruction coupled with portfolio can significantly promote learner autonomy and learner language achievement, which shows its prominent prospect in foreign language teaching.
