高校服务社会作为高校的重要职能,在经济社会发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用。为更好地发挥高校服务社会的职能,高校应转变观念,增强服务意识,加强自身建设,不断密切与社会合作,建立科学的服务社会绩效评价体系和保障机制,真正实现政府、高校和社会的共赢。河北省作为教育大省,高校理应在实现科学发展、富民强省中发挥更大作用。
