摘要
曹妃甸新区的建设是河北省的一号工程,未来计划投资超过2000亿元,工程的成败取决于开发建设是否科学以及投融资工作是否有效。借鉴浦东和滨海新区的投融资经验,运用国际上较新发展的实物期权理论来分析这一区域的科学开发路径可知,要想创新投融资工作,必须从以下几个方面入手:即利用期权的定价理论为开发区规划科学定位;利用期权的组合效应以及开发各种新型期权工具来提供投融资产品;利用组合期权、实物期权辅助管理者更加科学、有效地做好开发区的投融资工作。
The construction of CAOFEIDIAN NEW AREA (CAN)is the NO. 1 project of Hebei Province with 200 billion RMB investment in the future. The success or failure of the project depends on the financing of the project. This paper sums up the experience of financing in the advanced areas of our country with the help of option theory, exploring the development path for the new area, looking for the improving the financing work, including scientifically positioning the ARN with the pricing theory of option, developing various new optional tools and new financing products with the mixed effects of the option, and help the management of the CAN more scientifically and effectively do the financing work with the mixed option and physical option theory.
