摘要
试验从 1 4株酵母和 2株纤维分解菌中筛选到适应固态发酵生产稻草生物发酵饲料的两株菌。并对发酵条件作了初步研究 ,结果表明 ,在以稻草为主料 (70 % ) ,添加 30 %麸皮、3%硫酸铵、灭菌后再加入 1 %~ 2 %的尿素 ,经 30℃混菌发酵 2 4 h,其发酵产品真蛋白含量为 1 8.4% ,含有纤维素酶等消化酶以及酵母活细胞 (30亿个 /g)
Two strains which produce fermentation feedstuff from rice straw via solid fermentation are iso- lated from fourteen strains of yeast and two celluloselytic bacteria and the fermenting condition is studied, ithas been demonstrated thatthe fermentation condition are the rice straw amountofmedium is 70 % ,and the wheat bran is 30 % ,the ammonium sulfate is 3% ,the urea (1 %~ 2 % ) is added aftersterilization,the fermenting time is 2 4 h at 30℃ ,the rice straw fermentation feedstuff contains 1 8.4% real protein and di- gestive enzyme especially cellulase and live yeast cells(40× 1 0 8strains/g) .
