氧化应激检测指标在卒中诊疗中的应用前景 被引量:4

Application prospects of oxidative stress indicators in diagnosis and treatment of stroke

摘要 氧化应激是缺血性脑损伤的主要病理学机制之一,及时了解氧化应激状态对于制定临床诊疗方案以及患者的预后判断具有重要意义。氧化应激涉及线粒体、蛋白质、脂质和核酸等。不同的分子或代谢产物代表着不同层面的氧化应激损伤。文章就氧化应激监测指标的临床意义及应用前景做了综述。 Oxidative stress is one of the major pathological mechanisms in ischemic brain injury. Understanding oxidative stress status timely has important significance for developing clinical treatment protocols and predicting the prognosis of patients. Oxidative stress involves in mitochondria, protein, lipid, and nucleic acids, etc. Different molecules or metabolites represent the different levels of oxidative stress injury, This article reviews the clinical significance and application prospects the monitoring indicators of oxidative stress.
