摘要
家蚕绢丝腺内丝胶蛋白的横断面为一同心圆的层状结构,茧丝上的丝胶蛋白由于在吐丝牵引过程中被相互拉伸挤压、混杂嵌合或分子链被切断而随机分布于丝素纤维表面,其横断面为一大小分子量的混合结构,并且在取向性、结晶性上呈内高外低的差异;而热水溶出茧丝丝胶蛋白的层状结构是由于丝胶蛋白分子量被降解所致.
ericin protein secreted in silkgland is a concentric structure of layer upon layer on the cross section. During the silk spinning,sericin protein was drawn from the silkgland and crushed each other,then the molecular chains were distributed on the surface of fibroin at random and it is a mixture structure of different molecular weight on the cross section. The regularity and crystallinity of sericin protein on the inner layer of cocoon filaments were higher than those on the outer layer of cocoon filaments. And because the molecular weight of sericin protein was decomposed constantly,the structure of sericin protein dissolved in hot water is layer upon layer.
