摘要
本文用定量和定性相结合的方法研究高职非英语专业学生的英语学习策略使用情况和所持的学习观念。研究发现,观念并非能完全预测策略的使用;女生较重视功能操练;男生和理科生较偏爱于翻译练习,这种偏爱与学习成绩呈负相关;学生的自主学习情况不容乐观。基于此,本文为高职公共英语教学提出新的改革思路。
Based on both qualitative and quantitative analyses, in the setting of TVET college English teaching, this paper tries to explore non-English majors' language learning beliefs and their strategy choices with language proficiency taken into consideration. And the findings are : girls prefer more functional strategies ; boys and students of science prefer native-language strategy which correlates negatively with their marks; learning autonomy is poorly activated. Some suggestions are therefore presented to enhance the English teaching reforms.
