摘要
mK级精度的温度测量可由标准铂电阻温度计和高精度测温仪来实现,测温仪采用虚拟仪器技术,利用温度计的分度数据,由PC机进行编程制表,通过查表、线性插值和数字校准,保证了测温仪的测量精度,在测温仪机内设置恒温腔以消除温度漂移影响,运用数字滤波技术来抑制随机噪声和干扰。实验结果表明:在(-80^+400)℃范围内,测温仪的测温精度优于10 mK.
The mK-level preeision's temperature survey can be realized by the standard platinum resistance thermometer and the high precision thermodetector, the thermodetector used the virtual instrument technology, using thermometer's indexing data, carried on the programming tabulation by PC, through the table look-up, the linear interpolation and the digital calibration, guaranteed thermodetector's measuring accuracy, established the constant temperature cavity within the apparatus to eliminate the temperature drift influence, suppresses the stochastic noise and the disturbance using the digital filtering technology. Experiments show that the precision isnt exceeded 10mK within -80~+400℃.
