摘要 传统胎压监测系统的不足主要表现在:轮胎置换保养后不能实现自动定位;射频通信过程中的同频干扰问题;轮胎发射器功耗过大。针对以上不足,介绍了一种基于CAN总线和SP30传感器的胎压监测系统设计方案,采用时分多址接入技术,中央控制器通过CAN总线上低频模块分时唤醒各个轮胎发射器采集压力、温度等传感器数据,再通过射频通讯将测量数据上传中央控制器。中央控制器采用嵌入式ARM9内核的硬件平台和Linux操作系统,建立嵌入式Web服务器,可扩展为一个多功能的车载控制器。 The traditional TPMS has the disadvantages of not realizing the tire auto-location, RF data-collision in the same frequency, the more dissipative power in the transmitter. A TPMS design based on CAN BUS and SP30 sensor was proposed. Using TDMA technologies, the controller awaked the corresponding the transmitters in the different time sections with LF wakers. The awaked transmitter collected sensor data, such as pressure and temperature, and then transmitted them to the controller by RF communication. With embedded ARM9-core hardware and Linux OS, the controller sets up Web server and can be used as the multifunctional controller in the car.
