摘要
机动车检测的远程化、网络化是机动车检测技术的发展方向。方案对传统的Science-BCJ型机动车检测系统进行改造,设计了一种基于嵌入式TCP/IP的远程数据采集和控制系统,使机动车检测系统实现了远程检测和控制。系统包括硬件设计,软件编程,以及系统调试。解决了数据采集,外部设备调度,TCP数据包超时重传及定时保活,网卡参数配置,硬件看门狗等一系列问题。经过几个月的软硬件测试表明:新的检测系统设计合理、稳定可靠。
It is the development direction of vehicle inspection technology that long-distance and network inspection system. This paper reformed traditional Science-BCJ type vehicle inspection system, designed a remote data acquisition and control system based on embedded TCP/IP, which made the system long-distance inspecting and controlling. It included hardware design, software design, and system debugging. It resolved data acquisition, peripheral equipment attemper, TCP packet resend when overtime and timing-live, network card's parameters setting and hardware watchdog. After several months software and hardware tests, it shows that the new inspection system is reasonable, stable and reliable.
