一种在８分钟内检测四种毒品的方法被开发出来．这种方法简单，快速，准确，可以一次测出尿样中是否含有吸毒者常用的四种毒品代谢物ＴＨＣ（ｌ－ｎｏｒ－Δ－９－ｔｅｔｒａｈｙｄｒｏｃａｎｎａｂｉｒｏｌ－９－ｃａｒｂｏｘｙｌｉｃａｃｉｄ）、ＣＯＣ（ｃｏｃａｉｎｅ）、ＭＯＲ（ｍｏｒｐｈｉｎｅ）、ＡＭＰ（ａｍｐｈｅｔａｍｉｎｅ），这种测试的毒品浓度截止点分别为ＴＨＣ：５０ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＣＯＣ：３００ｎｇ／ｍｌ，ＭＯＲ：３００ｎｇ／ｍｌＡＭＰ：１０００ｎｇ／ｍｌ．当尿样中毒品浓度在５０％和１５０％截止点浓度时，本测试方法的准确率大于９９％，尿液中可能存在会和测试试剂起交叉反应的５１种物质被证明对本测试系统无干扰作用．通过气相色谱／质谱证实是阳性的尿样经本测试系统测定，结果符合率大于或等于９７％．

 8min immunoassay system was developed to screen simultaneously four different classes of drug of abuse,namely ,THC,COC,MOR and AMP. The cutoff concentration for THC,COC,MOR and AMP are 50 ng/ml,300 ng/ml,300 ng/ml and 1000 ng/ml respectively. The accuracy was over 99% for urine samples with the 50% and 150% cutoff concentrations.51 compounds have been tested and proved to cause no interference.Over 97% of gas chromatography and mass spectrography confirmed positive urine samples were also shown positive results with the multianalytic assay system.
