摘要 研究了对硝基甲苯气相催化氢化制取对甲苯胺的工艺条件 ,考察了催化剂、反应温度及氢油比对氢化反应的影响。适宜的反应温度为 2 50~ 2 70℃ ;适宜的氢油比为 1∶ (7~ 9)。 This study has developed the technological conditions of p- toluidine prepared from p- nitrotoluene by gas phase catalytic hydrogenation.The effect of catalysts,reaction temperature and oil- hydrogen ratio on hydrogenation was examined.The optimum reaction temperature was2 50~ 2 70℃ ,and the optimum oil- hydrogen ratio was1∶ (7~ 9) .
