摘要
对高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定发酵液中 Monacolin K的含量进行了研究 ,找出了最佳流速、流动相配比等条件 ,测定其重现性。
The analysis method of Monacolin K by HPLC was established.Mobile phase and flow rate were determined.The experiment results of recovery percentage and repetition showed that the method had accurate and rapid advantage.
