摘要
党的干部队伍的代际更替和结构改进,是60年来干部队伍建设面对的长期问题。在解决这一问题过程中,既形成了宝贵的经验和传统,也经历过失误和曲折。干部"四化"方针的提出和30年的实践,使干部队伍的代际更替和结构改进问题得到了阶段性的解决。而随着时代变化,探索干部队伍代际更替和结构改进问题的新内涵和新方向,仍是长期任务。
It is a long-term problem in 60 years for the generational changes and structural improvement of party cadres. In the process of solving this problem,the CCP not only created the precious experience and tradition,also experienced failures and setbacks. The four modernizations policy of cadres solved the problem periodically. With the change of times,explore the new content and new directions of the generational changes and structural improvement of party cadres,is still a long-term task.
