Under the different frames of double-division and triple-division on defective corporate decisions,various thoughts about applicable conditions of voidable corporate decisions exist. For the triple-division,these conditions can be logically determined. The value of institution for voidable,non-existent and void corporate decisions differ from one another,so the applicable conditions of the three sorts must be strictly defined. The difficulty of this problem is to determine correctly the validity of defective procedural decisions.
