On the Social Security and Economic Growth——To Explore the Relationship between the Social Security System of Distribution,Consumption and Economic Growth

社会的经济增长源于社会消费能力的不断提高,而消费能力决定于人们的收入分配,国民收入分配的合理不仅取决于市场原则,更重要的取决于社会公平原则。在当前世界金融危机形势下,我国如何"扩内需,保增长",其重要途径就是提高普通劳动者的收入水平,建立城乡一体社会保障体系,减少人们的延时消费负担,增强人们的即时消费能力,从而提升消费需求,促使企业扩大生产规模,推动经济持续增长。

The economic growth is attributed to the continuous improvement of social consumption,and the spending power is closely related to people's income distribution. Rational distribution of national income depends not only on market principles but,more importantly,on the principle of social equality. Under the current situation of world financial crisis,to achieve the goal to 'Expand Internal Demands and Ensure Growth',China should focus on raising the income level of ordinary workers,establishing integrated urban and rural social security system,reducing the burden of delayed consumption,and enhancing people's immediate spending power,so as to enhance consumer demand,encourage enterprises to expand production scale,and sustain economic growth.
