摘要
根据仿人高效研磨机床研究的需求,开发了一套开放式数控系统。采用PLX公司的PC I9054芯片开发了个人计算机(PC)的PC I接口,在此基础上以存储器共享方式实现了PC机和DSP之间的DMA通路。DSP选用TI公司的TMS320F2812轴控芯片,经扩展4路正交脉冲计数器(QEP)实现了6轴联动控制。
An open CNC system was developed in machine. A chip PCI9054 of PLX Company was adopted a DMA channel was established using shared memory in the light of completing an efficient human-simulated polishing to accomplish the PCI interface on the personal computer. Thus a master-slave mode. Six axes＇ cooperation was achieved by attaching 4 QEP circuits to a TMS320F2812 axis control chip .
