抽动秽语综合征患儿血清白细胞介素-12和肿瘤坏死因子-α水平变化研究

Analysis on the levels of interleukin-12 and tumor necrosis factor-α in children with tics-coprolalia syndrome

目的:通过对抽动秽语综合征患儿及正常健康儿童血清中白细胞介素-12(IL-12)和肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)浓度进行测定,并比较实验组及对照组之间浓度的差异,以探讨细胞因子在抽动秽语综合征免疫学发病机制中所发挥的作用,并进一步发现新的研究方向,扩展临床诊断及治疗思路,指导临床。方法:临床选取25例患儿设为实验组,同期健康体检儿童15例设为对照组。采用ABS-ELISA法检测40例儿童血清中IL-12及TNF-α水平,对所测结果进行统计学分析。结果:实验组患儿较对照组儿童血清中IL-12及TNF-α水平明显增高,差异具有统计学意义。从总体应用t检验分析,实验组患儿IL-12浓度较对照组儿童显著升高(t=8.8704,P<0.05),实验组患儿TNF-α浓度较对照组儿童显著升高(t'=-7.7519,P<0.05),而应用秩和检验对两组数据分布情况进行统计学分析,实验组两组数据较对照组存在显著升高,差异具有统计学意义。实验组中症状严重患儿血清中TNF-α和IL-12浓度升高相对明显。结论:IL-12及TNF-α参与抽动秽语综合征发病过程,其升高程度可能与病情严重程度存在相关性。抽动秽语综合征患儿体内IL-12及TNF-α水平的检测可能作为抽动秽语综合征早期诊断、病情进展程度、预后及治疗效果判定等的参考指标。

Objective ： To detect and compare the levels of interleukin - 12 （ IL - 12 ） and tumor necrosis factor -α （ TNF -α） in children with tics - coprolalia syndrome and healthy children, explore the value of eytokines in the immune pathogenesis of tics - coprolalia syndrome, expand clinical diagnosis and treatment ideas. Methods： 25 cases with tics -coprolalia syndrome and 15 healthy children were selected and regarded as experimental group and control group, the levels of IL - 12 and TNF -α were detected by ABS - ELISA method. Results： The levels of IL - 12 and TNF -oz in experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group. The level of IT, - 12 in experimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （ t = 8. 870 4, P 〈 0.05 ）, and the level of TNF -α in ex- perimental group was significantly higher than that in control group （ t＇= - 7.751 9, P 〈 0. 05 ） . In experimental group, the levels of IL - 12 and TNF -ct increased significantly in the children with severe symptoms. Conclusion： IL - 12 and TNF -α participate in the pathogenesis of tics - coprolalia syndrome, there is positive correlation between the levels of IL - 12 and TNF -α and disease process, and the levels of IL - 12 and TNF -α may be used as a reference index of early diagnosis, disease progression, prognosis and treatment of the judge of tics - coprolalia syndrome.
