打击“东突”恐怖势力国际刑事合作的现状、困境及对策研究

Present Situation,Difficult and Countermeasures of the Fight Against"East Turkistan"Terrorist Forces in International Cooperation in Criminal Matters

当前,"东突"恐怖势力呈现出国际化趋势,要想有力地对其打击,必须寻求国际刑事合作。但现行的国际法已不能适应打击"东突"恐怖势力国际化趋势的要求,同时由于国际政治及"东突"恐怖组织活动的特点使得进一步推动国际刑事合作面临很大的困境。因此,我们应在巩固和深化原有的双边及区域性反恐刑事合作的基础上,大力推进和强化全球反恐刑事合作。

Currently, ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorist forces show a trend of internationalization,in order to effectively combat it, we must seek international cooperation in criminal matters. But the current international＇rule of law can not meet the request of the international trend of ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorist forces, at the same time as a result of international politics and the ＂East Turkistan＂ terrorist organizations characteristics make further cooperation with the International Criminal facing great difficulties. In view of this situation, we should consolidate and deepen the existing bilateral and regional anti- terrorism cooperation in criminal matters, on the basis, vigorously promote and strengthen the global antiterrorism cooperation in criminal matters.
