Standardation Construction under Energy-saving and Emission-reduction Actions

通过对我国当前的节能减排工作和标准化建设的现状分析,阐释了标准化工作在节能减排中所起的积极作用。基于如何加强节能减排工作的视角,结合实际提出政府、企业和消费者三方主体在加强节能减排工作中作用的建议,在提高我国节能减排工作效果的同时,达到完善标准化立法及标准化建设的目的。

This paper makes introduction of China＇s present ＂Energy-saving and Emission-reduction＂ effort, standardation construction and the association between their development. Based on the effort and the situation, their advice are put forward. When ＂Energy-saving and Emission-reduction＂ is strengthened, the improvement of standardation construction could be accomplished.
