摘要
针对传统全息谱在噪声干扰下精度降低的问题,提出了一种新的基于相位差校正法的全息谱分析方法。该方法首先对时域信号加窗截断后进行FFT变换,然后引入相位差法校正其频率、幅值和相位,最后合成全息谱图。通过仿真及对柔性转子实验台振动信号的分析,表明基于相位差校正法的全息谱可以明显提高其分析精度,更加精确而有效地诊断旋转机械的故障。
A new method of holospectrum based on correction of phase difference was put forward in view of the lower precision of traditional holospectrum under noisy interference. In the method, the windowed FFT transformation of signal was performed, the frequency,amplitude and phase were modified by correction of phase difference, and then the holospectrum was synthesized.Through simulation and analysis of flexible rotor’s vibration signal, the results show that the method is of higher precision in practice and can diagnose the rotating machinery fault more accurately and more effectively.
