进口与国产ELISA试剂检测静脉吸毒人员HCV抗体的比较 被引量:2

Comparison of Binding Import and Domestic Anti-HCV Enzyme Immunoassay Kits on Intravenous Drug Users

摘要 目的为静脉吸毒人群HCV感染诊断摸索简便、经济、适合基层实验室工作条件的检测策略。方法对2种试剂定性检测结果进行比较,对国产科华及Ortho试剂EIA反应强度(S/CO)进行对比分析。结果当检测对象有静脉注射吸毒史时,国产抗-HCV EIA试剂有较理想的检测灵敏度。随科华试剂样本反应强度(S/CO)比值增高,该试剂与Ortho试剂阳性符合率增高,总符合率为96.4%。结论当科华试剂S/CO≥8时,对静脉吸毒人员HCV抗体检测的真阳性率具有一定预测价值。 Objective To explore a method to diagnose HCV infection among intravenous drug users, such method will be convenient, economic and suitable the working conditions of the locally ordinary laboratory. Methods The results of these two reagents qualitative were compared. Comparatively analyze the EIA S/CO ratio between KHB and Ortho Corporation. Result The domestic anti-HCV EIA kit has a better detection sensitivity when the object has a history of intravenous drug abuse. When the S/CO ratio of KHB Corporation is getring higher, the positive accordance rate between KHB and Ortho is getting higher too. The total accordance rate is 96. 4% . Conclusion The result that the S/CO ratio of KHB Corporation is above or equal 8 could help us estimate, to a certain degree, the true positive rate of anti-HCV among intravenous drug users. Uncertain reaction of HCV antibody or false negative reaction of EIA could happen in HIV positive people.
