摘要 在常州工学院原有华中数控车床(JDZ06)的基础上,根据机电一体化教学的基本目标,基于透明系统(软、硬件系统)的设计思想,设计和开发了可用于教学目的综合实训平台,实训的内容涉及机电一体化专业的多学科知识。实践证明,该平台对提高学生的工程实践能力、动手能力及培养学生创新意识和团队合作精神有积极的作用,对工程类综合性实践课程的设计和实施具有一定的借鉴和参考价值。 Based on Huazhong NC lathe (JDZ06) which Changzhou Institute of Technology has owned now, according to the basic object of the mechanotronics teaching and the design concept based on transparent system including software and hardware system, an electromechanical integrated real-training platform which can be used in teaching has been designed and developed. The content which the reality taught involves multi-disciplinary knowledge of mechanotronic engineering. The practice proved that this platform has the positive function to sharpen student's project practical ability and the practical ability, and improve the student innovative ideology and the team cooperation spirit. This platform has certain lessons and referring value to the design and implementation of the engineering comprehensive practice class.
