齿轮减速器传动效率的测量与研究

影响齿轮减速器传动实际效率的因素有多种,本研究从实验的角度入手,利用功率流开放式测试系统对一级齿轮减速器的传动效率进行了动态测量。主要是研究齿轮减速器使用过程中转速和负荷的变化对传动效率的影响。试验结果显示,对于单级齿轮传动机构,要提高其传动效率,应该从提高其传递力或力矩方面入手;若齿轮传动机构所受力或力矩不变,要提高其传动效率,则可以通过降低输入转速的方法来提高其效率;通过提高齿轮传动机构所传递力或力矩,同时降低输入转速的方法也可提高齿轮传动机构的效率。

There are many kinds of the influence factors on transmission efficiency of gear reducer. This research obtains from the experiment point of view, has carried on the dynamic measurement using the power class open style test system to the transmission efficiency of the first-level gear reducer. It mainly studies the change which in the gear reducer use process the rotational speed and load to the transmission efficiency influence. The test result showed that regarding the single gear reducer, must raise its transmission efficiency, should from enhance its transmission strength or the moment aspect obtains. If the gear drive force or the moment are invariable, must raise its transmission efficiency, might through reduce the input rotational speed the method to raise its efficiency. Through enhances the gear drive to transmit the strength or the moment, simultaneously reduces the input rotational speed the method also to be possible to enhance the gear reducer the efficiency.
