摘要
研究了用58#全炼蜡、含氧官能团高分子聚合物制备防锈乳化蜡的方法。考察了石蜡与高分子聚合物比例、乳化剂类型、复合乳化剂、成膜助剂、防锈剂用量对乳液性能的影响。实验结果表明,当乳化剂用量为乳液质量的6%,乳化温度为90~95℃,搅拌速度为800r/min,乳化时间为60min时,可以制取一种稳定的金属制品防锈乳化蜡。
Method of preparing anti -rusting wax -emulsion with 58# fully refined paraffin wax and polymer containing oxygen- groups was studied. Factors of affecting emulsion stability, such as ratio of paraffin wax and polymer, type of emusifier, quantities of complex emulsifier, film forming agent, and anti - rusting agent, were investigated. Experiment results showed that one stable anti - rusting wax - emulsion for metal products can be prepared when quantity of complex emulsifier is 6% by emulsion mass, emulsifying - temperature is at 90 -95 ℃ , stirring speed is 800 r/min, and emulsifying time is 60 rain.
