摘要
介绍了大庆油田天然气分公司北Ⅰ-1深冷装置分子筛现状,通过延长分子筛塔的吸附时间、测量吸附液量和原料气露点、化验吸附的重烃种类和再生气组分的数据,定性、定量地分析了4A和13X两种型号分子筛的吸水、吸烃、吸附CO2、H2S的能力及其随时间变化规律,并针对北Ⅰ-1深冷分子筛存在问题提出了优化及改造方案,为中国油气初加工深冷装置分子筛系统评价及分子筛选型提供一定的参考。
Current situation of north I - 1 deep - cold device zeolite of Daqing Oilfield Co. , Ltd. , Natural Gas Branch Company was introduced. Absorption capacity for water, hydrocarbon, CO2 , and H2 S and its variation law with time were an- alyzed qualitatively and quantifieationally for 4A -and 13X -zeolites by extending adsorption time of zeolite column, meas- uring adsorption liquid and dew point of material gas, testing heavy hydrocarbon categorty and components data of reprodu- cing gas. Transformation and optimization plan was brought forward to the problems of north I - 1 deep -cold device ,which provides definite reference for evaluatation of deep - cold device zeolite system and choose types of zeolite in original process of oil and gas.
